• Mental health treatment for clients with acute suicide risk, with active psychosis, or crisis services for those at risk of harming themselves or others. These mental illnesses require in-person treatment.

• Mental health treatment for active, high-risk eating disorders such as anorexia or bulimia. These mental illnesses require in-person treatment.

• Mental health treatment for clients with severe personality disorders. We don't have any team members who can provide this service.

• Services for clients who are not able to participate in a telehealth appointment. We offer parent and carer services to support people caring for people with high  support needs and/or for children who cannot participate in a telehealth appointment themselves.
  (We do work with people with high support needs and with children who can participate in telehealth appointments).

• WorkCover treatment for injured workers. We don't have any team members registered to provide these services.

• Forensic treatment to clients with open criminal court matters, those on community corrections or parole orders, and those seeking treatment for violent or sexual offending or who are at risk of offending. We don't have any team members able to provide this service.
